By creating an account or submitting a book on My Book Hub, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before using the Creator Studio.

1. Who We Are

My Book Hub (my-book-hub.com) is operated by Axiella Ltd. References to "we", "us", "the platform", or "My Book Hub" in these terms refer to Axiella Ltd.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or have verifiable parental consent, to create an account.

3. Who Owns the Books You Create

You keep your copyright. My Book Hub gains a permanent licence to sell your work.

3.1 Your Copyright

You retain the copyright in any original text, illustrations, and creative elements that you personally authored within a book created on this platform. My Book Hub does not claim ownership of your underlying copyright.

3.2 Licence You Grant to My Book Hub

By saving or submitting any book on this platform, you grant Axiella Ltd an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

Publish, display, and distribute the book in digital and physical formats
Sell the book through My Book Hub and any partner channels
Reformat, resize, or adapt the book for different reading devices (e-readers, PDF, web, print)
Use the book title and cover image for marketing and promotional purposes
Sublicense the above rights to third-party distributors, retailers, or technology partners

Proceeds from sales go to My Book Hub / Axiella Ltd. No royalties are payable to creators under this free-tier arrangement. You are using the platform's tools, hosting, and distribution network free of charge in exchange for this licence grant.

3.3 Moral Rights

You retain your moral rights under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, including the right to be identified as the author. You agree not to assert your moral rights in a way that would prevent My Book Hub from exercising the licence granted in clause 3.2. We will credit you as the creator of your work wherever practical.

3.4 AI-Generated Content

Books created using AI image generation tools on this platform may incorporate AI-generated imagery. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may have limited or no copyright protection under applicable law. You remain responsible for ensuring that any prompts and creative direction you provide do not infringe third-party rights.

4. Content Rules

You must not create or submit books that contain:

Content that infringes third-party copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Defamatory, abusive, threatening, or harassing material
Adult, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content for a family platform
Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
Personal data of third parties without their consent

We reserve the right to remove any content that breaches these rules without notice.

5. Book Deletion — Important

Once a book is submitted to My Book Hub, it cannot be deleted by the creator. Only a platform administrator can remove a book, and only for legitimate operational, legal, or quality-control reasons.

This policy exists because:

The licence granted in clause 3.2 is irrevocable — the platform may have already listed, promoted, or sold the book
Removing a book that has been purchased by readers would breach our obligations to those buyers
It protects the integrity of the platform catalogue

If you believe a book you created contains an error or infringes someone's rights, contact us at info@axiella.pro and we will review it promptly.

6. Warranties You Give Us

By submitting a book, you confirm that:

The book is your original work, or you have the right to submit it under these terms
The book does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
You have obtained all necessary consents for any real people depicted or named in the book
You are legally entitled to grant the licence in clause 3.2

7. Platform Availability

We provide My Book Hub on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. In the event that the platform ceases to operate, we will make reasonable efforts to return your book files to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiella Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of My Book Hub. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed £100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
