A peek inside
Willow smiles in her bright yellow wellies and loves the little village garden. A year has four seasons and twelve months. Come and see them all with her!
The first season is spring, and the spring months are March, April and May. Soft pink blossoms open in the little village garden. Willow hops with joy in her yellow wellies.
In March, April and May, the garden wakes up. New green leaves push out on the trees. Willow sniffs the sweet spring flowers and smiles.
Next comes warm summer. The summer months are June, July and August. The sun shines bright on the village garden and Willow feels happy.
In June, July and August the days feel long. Red berries grow on the bushes. Willow picks sweet fruit in her bright yellow wellies.
Then autumn arrives with cooler air. The autumn months are September, October and November. Colourful leaves turn red, gold and brown in the garden.
In September, October and November leaves fall down. They make soft piles on the ground. Willow kicks the leaves and laughs out loud.
