Benny played in his sunny backyard garden. He had curly hair and bright eyes that sparkled. He pushed his red toy truck along the path and laughed when it bumped a flower. Birds sang in the trees above him. “This is the best place to play,” Benny said with a big grin. The warm air felt so nice.
Just then Sunnyblossom stepped into the garden. She had a warm smile and wore a colorful dress. In her arms wiggled a fluffy golden puppy with big paws and a happy tongue. “Benny, we have a new friend!” she called. Benny ran over fast. The puppy barked a tiny bark and wiggled more.
