A peek inside
Mr. Green works in the sunny greenhouse and wears his green apron. He holds his watering can near ten tiny seedlings in little pots. "Let us water them one by one," he says with a smile. He finds seedling number one and tips the can to water it. One seedling gets a cool drink of water.
Mr. Green steps to the next little pot with a smile. "This is seedling number two," he says happily. He waters it just like the first one and splash goes the cool water. Now two seedlings have had a drink as he counts one, two. Two happy seedlings sit side by side in the light.
