A peek inside
On a bright and windy morning in Antarctica, little Flip the penguin stood on a sparkling ice floe. His black and white feathers shone in the sun. Flip stretched out his very big wings and flapped them hard. "I know I can fly one day," he said to the chilly breeze. Other penguins slid and swam nearby, but Flip dreamed of soaring high above the ice. The wind whistled past his ears and ruffled his feathers. He hopped from one foot to the other with excitement. "These wings must be good for something special," Flip thought. He looked up at the swirling clouds and smiled a determined smile. Today felt like the perfect day to try something new and bold.
Just then, a cheerful puffin named Puff landed with a soft thump beside him. Puff had a bright orange beak and shiny black feathers on his head. "Hello, Flip! Why are you flapping so wildly today?" Puff asked with a cheeky grin. Flip pointed up at the sky with one big wing. "I want to fly like you do, Puff. My wings are huge. There must be a way." Puff tilted his head and chuckled kindly. "Penguins are wonderful swimmers, but flying is tricky for you. Still, I love a good adventure. Maybe we can invent something fun together." The wind blew stronger and tossed loose snow around their feet. Flip clapped his flippers together. "Yes! Let's build something amazing. Will you help me, Puff?" Puff bobbed his head eagerly. "Of course, my friend. Where do we start?"
